Our executive chef Wolfgang Kanow offers you a regional Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine using high quality products from the area – business lunch specials and a la cart in the evening. The native Wolfgang Kanow was formerly known as Sous Chef of the star chef Rolf Schmidt and took over the ALvis kitchen team in September 2002.
