A culinary journey through the decades
Eight years ago ,the Restaurant ALvis opened its doors in the hotel Albrechtshof. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the hotel Albrechtshof this year created an anniversary Wolfgang Kanow menu and takes you on a culinary journey through the decades.

| • Pike perch on mixed vegetables and potato soup |
| • Pink pigeon breast in puff pastry on savoy cabbage ans truffle sherry jus |
| • Valrhona chocolate mousse with russet-cherry chutney |
Menu 49,00 € per Person
With each menu 100 cents will be donated to the Berlin City Mission.
